What iCal shares
It shares which nights are taken, not guest names or prices.
How often it checks
StayOye checks each link every hour by default (you can go down to 15 minutes), while Airbnb and others read your link on their own schedule — often every few hours. For a same-day booking, close the night on the other site by hand too.
If two bookings collide
If a synced booking ever lands on a night that's already taken, StayOye refuses it and alerts you instead of double-selling. Direct API connections to Booking.com and Airbnb come only after partner approval — they're not live today.
Owner statements & portal
Owners who trust you, because they can see it
Add each owner with their units and share %. Set a management agreement — a % of revenue, % of profit or a fixed monthly fee — and choose which expense categories are charged to them. At month end, generate a statement, add adjustments, issue it as a numbered PDF and record the payout.
With the owner portal, owners sign in with their own mobile number and see their statements. They never see guest names or phone numbers.

Checkout makes the flat Dirty and creates a checkout clean. Your cleaner opens their room card on the phone, works through the checklist, adds a photo and completes. A supervisor passes or fails it. Arrivals today are shown first, so the right flat is ready first.

Yes, by iCal, on the Professional plan and above. Airbnb nights arrive as blocks, and your StayOye bookings close those nights on Airbnb when Airbnb next reads your link.
Is Airbnb sync instant?
No. iCal checks on a schedule, so a short gap is possible. Keep the import interval short for busy units.
Can apartment owners see their earnings?
Yes. Monthly owner statements as PDF, and an owner portal on the Professional plan. Owners never see guest details.
