StayOye's owner portal lets owners of serviced apartments and units in multi-owner buildings sign in with their mobile number to see their monthly statements, payouts, revenue, occupancy and upcoming bookings, on the web or in the StayOye app. Owners never see guest names or phone numbers, and the portal is read-only. Owner statements and payouts are on Growth and above; the owner portal itself is on Professional (Rs 10,000/month) and above.

Questions about the owner portal
What is an owner portal for serviced apartments?
It's a private login where apartment owners see their own statements, payouts, revenue and bookings without calling the manager. In StayOye, owners sign in with their mobile number on the web or in the app.
Can owners see my guests' details?
No. Owners never see guest names or phone numbers, and the portal is read-only.
How is the management fee calculated?
You choose per agreement: a percentage of revenue, a percentage of profit, or a fixed monthly fee. StayOye applies it on each monthly statement.
Does the owner statement deduct Airbnb or Booking.com commission?
Yes. Commission recorded on OTA bookings is deducted before the owner's share is worked out.
Which plan do I need?
Owner statements and payouts are on Growth and above. Giving owners their own login (the owner portal) is on Professional and above.
