Questions about invoices and reports
What is the best hotel accounting software in Pakistan?
For most small and mid-size hotels, the right choice keeps guest bills, invoices, expenses and reports in the same system as bookings. StayOye does that in PKR, with branded tax invoices, expense approvals, payroll and Excel/PDF reports, from Rs 2,000 a month.
Can I export hotel reports to Excel?
Yes. Every report exports to Excel (XLSX) or PDF, with your branding, filters and totals. On Professional and above you can also email reports on a schedule.
Does StayOye create tax invoices with my NTN?
Yes. Invoices show your registered name, NTN, sales tax number and bank details from your brand settings.
Can guests pay by card through StayOye?
No. StayOye records payments — cash, card machine, bank transfer, mobile wallet or cheque — but doesn't process card payments.
Does StayOye do staff payroll?
Yes, on Professional and above. It calculates salaries with allowances, deductions, overtime and advance recovery, and produces payslip PDFs.
Which reports are on the Starter plan?
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, length of stay, cancellations, no-shows, arrivals and departures, revenue, payments, outstanding balances, refunds, taxes, housekeeping and maintenance — all exportable to Excel and PDF.
