StayOye is hotel management software (PMS) made in Pakistan for hotels, guest houses, serviced apartments and resorts. It is a product of StackExpert (stackexpert.pk), a Pakistani software company. Prices are in PKR, from Rs 2,000 per month, with a 14-day free trial.

Our story
Why we built it for Pakistan
Walk into most guest houses in Murree, a serviced apartment in Bahria Town or a family hotel in Multan, and you’ll find the same setup: a thick register at the desk, an Excel sheet on the owner’s laptop and a dozen WhatsApp groups. It works — until the season rush, a double booking from Airbnb, or the day the manager who knows everything leaves.
Most hotel software is built for other markets. Prices are in dollars, payment needs an international card, login needs an email address, and SMS doesn’t reach Pakistani numbers. Owners here need something different.
So we built StayOye around how Pakistani properties really run:
Prices in rupees, paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Your mobile number is your login. Email is optional.
SMS to Pakistani numbers without setting up your own provider.
A mobile app for staff, so housekeepers and front desk can work from their phones.
Plans by room count, so a 5-room guest house doesn’t pay hotel-chain prices.
“Hotel ka poora hisaab, ek app mein.”

Honest
We say what StayOye does today and what is still coming. Calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com works through iCal now; direct connections come after partner approval, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Simple
Short words, clear buttons, no jargon. If a housekeeper can’t use a screen on her first day, we fix the screen.
Your data is yours
Your data is kept separate from every other customer’s. You can export all of it whenever you want, and we never delete it if a payment is late.
