Questions about the app
Is there a hotel management app in Pakistan for Android and iPhone?
Yes. StayOye, made in Pakistan by StackExpert, has an Android and iOS app for hotels, guest houses and serviced apartments, included on every plan from Rs 2,000 a month.
Can my housekeeping staff use the app without internet?
Yes. Room updates and task ticks wait on the phone and sync when it's back online. Expense photos also upload later.
Does each staff member need their own login?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own mobile number and password and sees only what their role allows. The number of staff logins depends on your plan.
Can I change room prices from the app?
You can view rates and accept Smart Rate suggestions (Enterprise) on the phone. Changing prices and stay rules is done on the web dashboard.
Is my data safe if I lose my phone?
Turn on App lock (fingerprint, face or PIN), and sign the lost device out from Security on any other device.
