Reservations
Every kind of booking, in one list
Phone bookings, walk-ins, corporate guests, online bookings and OTA bookings all sit in one list. Search by reference, guest name, phone or email, and filter by source, property or dates.
Group bookings
A wedding party needs six rooms for the baraat weekend? Add each room type to one reservation. One guest, one booking, one bill — and you can still cancel, move or check out one room at a time.
Tentative or confirmed
Hold rooms as Tentative while a guest arranges payment, then confirm. Only confirmed bookings can be checked in.
Rates and stay rules
Set special prices for weekends, Eid and peak season. Add rate plans like Room only or Bed & breakfast, and rules such as minimum stay, closed to arrival and stop sell.
Full history
Every change to a booking is recorded, with team notes, so you always know who did what.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in in four steps. Check-out in one screen.
Check-in
Confirm the guest and stay, keep or change the room, record the guest’s ID (for example CNIC number), take a deposit and confirm they accepted your house policy. If a room is still being cleaned, StayOye warns you; out-of-order or blocked rooms can’t be used at all.
Check-out
Post final charges like laundry or minibar, add a late check-out fee if it applies, take the balance or refund any credit, and finish. The room turns Dirty and a checkout clean is created for housekeeping automatically.
Moves and extensions
Move a guest to another room and choose whether to re-price the nights. Extend or shorten a stay and see the new total before you confirm.

Folios & bills
A clear bill for every stay
Every booking has a folio — its running bill. Room nights post automatically; add charges for laundry, food or airport transfer, and tax is added from your property’s tax settings. Record deposits and payments by cash, card, bank transfer, mobile wallet or cheque. A mistake can be voided, and it stays on the folio crossed out with the reason.
When the guest leaves, print the folio as a statement or turn it into a branded tax invoice with one click.

When two people try to book the last room at the same time — at the desk, on your booking page or from a synced calendar — StayOye lets one through and stops the other. If a synced booking clashes, it is refused and you get an alert instead of an angry guest at midnight.

SMS and email confirmations
Send a booking confirmation, payment reminder or check-in instructions by SMS to Pakistani numbers, or by email, from ready-made templates you can reword. Booking confirmation emails can go out automatically, and every message is logged with its status. SMS uses credits from an SMS package (1,000 SMS for Rs 5,000).

What is the best hotel reservation system for small hotels in Pakistan?

Can StayOye handle group bookings?

How does StayOye stop double bookings?

Can I record the guest’s CNIC at check-in?
Yes. You record the ID type and number. StayOye stores the number only, not a scan, and hides it from roles that shouldn’t see it.
