Business travellers keep city hotels busy on weekdays, and companies want paperwork. StayOye issues branded guest, tax, corporate and proforma invoices, plus quotations, receipts and credit notes — numbered automatically, as PDF, emailed from your own email address. Create an invoice straight from a guest's folio and every charge is copied. Mark it paid when the company's cheque or transfer arrives, and the outstanding report shows who still owes you.
Corporate and seasonal prices live in Rates: room-only, bed & breakfast or non-refundable rate plans, weekend and Eid prices, minimum stay and stop-sell.

Can StayOye make corporate invoices?

Not yet. Direct connections go live only after partner approval. Today StayOye syncs calendars by iCal where the site allows it.
Can guests pay by card?
Not through StayOye. You record cash, card on your own machine, bank transfer, mobile wallet or cheque against the booking.
Do my staff each get their own login?
Yes. Each person signs in with their mobile number and password and sees only what their role allows.
