Pay at property: the guest confirms the booking through a verification link sent by email or SMS. Unverified bookings are released automatically after an hour.
Bank transfer: the guest uploads proof of payment. You check your bank account and approve the deposit. Unpaid bookings are cancelled after your deadline.

How can my guest house take online bookings without paying commission?
Use your own booking page. With StayOye, each property gets a public booking page with live prices and availability. Guests book directly and you pay no commission. It's on the Growth plan (Rs 5,000/month) and above.
Can guests pay online by card?
No. Guests pay at the property or by bank transfer, and you approve the transfer proof before the booking is confirmed.
How do I stop fake online bookings?
Pay-at-property bookings stay on hold until the guest confirms through a link sent by email or SMS. If they don't confirm within an hour, the booking is released automatically.
Will a direct booking also close the room on Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, if you use StayOye's channel manager. A direct booking is a normal reservation, so it closes those nights through your calendar sync.
Can I put the booking page on my own website?
Yes. Add the booking widget to up to 10 websites per brand, or simply link to your booking page.
