Do you list on Airbnb or Booking.com? Calendar sync is on Professional and Enterprise. If you have 5 apartments on Airbnb, Professional is the plan that syncs them.
Do you have more than one property? Starter covers one property. Growth covers up to 4, Professional up to 10.

SMS credits for guest messages
StayOye sends SMS to your guests — booking confirmations, reminders and messages from your staff. You don’t need your own SMS provider; just buy a credit package.
Credits expire after 30 days and don’t roll over.
Buy packages in the app under Settings → SMS, and pay the same way as your plan.

Paying for StayOye
How to pay for StayOye
There’s no card payment yet. You pay by bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer, and our team confirms it.

Choose your plan
In the app, go to Settings → Billing and click Choose on a plan, then Continue to payment.

Transfer the amount
Send the amount shown to StayOye’s bank account by bank transfer or from your mobile wallet app, adding the payment reference shown on screen.

Upload the receipt
Click Upload payment proof and add a photo or screenshot of the receipt.

We switch it on
Our team checks the payment and activates your plan. You’ll see it in Settings → Billing.
Note: only the organization owner can change the plan or buy SMS credits.
FAQ
Pricing questions
How much does hotel software cost in Pakistan?
StayOye starts at Rs 2,000 per month for one property with up to 5 rooms. Growth is Rs 5,000, Professional is Rs 10,000, and Enterprise is priced per contract for hotels with 50+ rooms.
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes. Yearly costs 10 × the monthly price — Rs 20,000, Rs 50,000 or Rs 100,000 — so you get 2 months free.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs only your mobile number and a password. You pay only when you choose a plan.
Can I pay with JazzCash or Easypaisa?
You can send the payment from your mobile wallet app to StayOye’s account and upload the receipt. StayOye is not directly connected to JazzCash or Easypaisa, so payments are confirmed by our team.
What happens if I reach my room limit?
StayOye stops you adding more rooms or properties than your plan allows, and shows an upgrade option. Everything you already have keeps working.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose a new plan in Settings → Billing. Downgrading never deletes data; you just can’t add more than the smaller plan allows.
Which plan includes Airbnb and Booking.com sync?
Professional (3 channel connections) and Enterprise (20 by default). Starter and Growth don’t include channel sync. How channel sync works.
What happens if I don’t renew on time?
You keep full access for a short grace period. After that the account becomes read-only — you can still see and export your data — until you pay. Nothing is deleted.
Are SMS messages included?
Sending SMS is available on every plan, but credits are bought separately: SMS 1K is Rs 5,000 for 1,000 credits and SMS 4K is Rs 20,000 for 4,000 credits, each valid for 30 days.
